A country like India cannot be found anywhere else in the entire globe. The cultures and traditions of this nation are extremely popular throughout the world and are very different from others. Every state of India has its own peculiarity and continues to flourish its habits generations after generations. The dressing senses of every state are different since India is a multilingual country where immense changes can be seen.

Indian women have even today maintained those old styles which are in use since many decades. Sarees are the major attire which women are using since long and continued it with different wearing styles. Most of the women in India prefer wearing saree which actually a large piece of cloth. This cloth can be draped in various styles and depends entirely on the state from where the woman belongs. In fact draping of sarees in different styles can be found in any occasions where women come enthusiastically by wearing different styles outfits. Sarees wearing by women portray beauty, grace, and value of customs. Even Indian brides prefer wearing sarees during their wedding ceremony.

Besides the attire used by most of the women in India, there are other commonly used attires used by many ladies since long. The Indian kurti is a popular type of attire which is worn by the youths. Women usually wear the knee-length kurtis or short kurtis on churidars, pants, or skirts which are available in various colors, patterns, etc. Kurtis can be worn by all ages and it simply looks ethnic. During any grand occasion such as engagements, marriages, traditional parties, etc, Lehangas are widely used by the women. Lehangas come in variety of designs and patterns with heavy work of beads, stones, etc on them or heavily embroidered. Though Lehengas are little expensive, but look very elegant after wearing.
